A man in his 30s was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle while skateboarding in Toronto’s Wychwood neighborhood Thursday afternoon. Police responded to the collision call just after 2:30 p.m. near Christie Street and Davenport Road.
The skateboarder was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, while the driver stayed at the scene. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
