A section of Highway 11 in Severn is closed following a collision involving a pickup truck and a transport truck early Thursday morning.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police, the crash occurred near Brennan Line. The southbound lanes were shut down as officers and emergency crews responded to the scene.
Police say the collision involved two vehicles, but no injuries have been reported so far. Shortly after 8 a.m., the northbound lane was also closed to allow crews to repair damaged guardrails.
Drivers are being advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes while the investigation and repairs continue. Authorities have not yet said how long the closure will remain in place or what caused the crash.
