An investigation is ongoing after a two-vehicle collision in St. Clair Township left three people injured Friday morning.
In a release, the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police said emergency crews were called to the intersection of Bentpath Line and Highway 40 at 8:56 a.m. following a crash involving an SUV and a pickup truck.
Three individuals were taken to hospital with what were initially described as life-threatening injuries. Authorities later confirmed those injuries have been downgraded and are no longer considered life-threatening.
Roads leading into the intersection were closed for several hours but have since reopened.
