Five people were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash in Toronto’s east end late Sunday morning. Toronto police say the collision occurred on Lake Shore Boulevard East near Ashbridges Bay Park Road around 10:58 a.m., when one of the vehicles hit a utility pole.
Police say all five victims suffered minor injuries, including two teenagers. Paramedics and Toronto Fire Services also attended the scene. The crash caused major traffic disruptions, with westbound lanes shut down and eastbound traffic restricted to one lane. Police continue to investigate the incident.
