Two people were hospitalized after a car struck a light pole in Vaughan on Thursday afternoon.
York Regional Police say the single-vehicle crash happened just after 2:15 p.m. near Jane Street and Teston Road. The extent of the victims’ injuries has not yet been released.
The collision knocked down the light pole, which is now blocking the roadway. As a result, Jane Street is closed from Teston Road to McGown Road.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
