A multi-vehicle collision on the QEW in St. Catharines Wednesday morning blocked all Toronto-bound lanes at Ontario Street. Emergency crews responded to the scene, and two people were taken to hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening or life-altering, according to Ontario Provincial Police.
