TTC streetcar service has returned to normal following a head-on collision Tuesday morning near Bathurst and Dundas streets in Toronto.

The crash, which occurred around 7:15 a.m., involved a vehicle and a streetcar. Two adults were hospitalized: a woman in her 30s with serious but non-life-threatening injuries was taken to a trauma centre, while the streetcar driver sustained minor injuries and was treated as a precaution.

The 511 Bathurst streetcar was temporarily detoured for a few hours. Both southbound and northbound lanes of Bathurst between Dundas Street West and Robinson Street have since reopened.
