Sarnia police are investigating after a vehicle crashed into the front of a home early Saturday, leaving two people injured.
Emergency crews responded around 2:20 a.m. near Poplar Avenue and Evergreen Drive, where firefighters found the vehicle had slammed into the home’s concrete front steps. Officials said the steps stopped the vehicle from traveling farther, potentially preventing a more serious incident, as residents were asleep inside.
The two people in the vehicle were taken to Bluewater Health for evaluation and treatment, though the extent of their injuries has not been released.
