Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash north of Belleville that sent two people to hospital Monday morning.
The collision occurred around 10:40 a.m. on Highway 7 between Highway 37 in Actinolite and County Road 41 in Kaladar. Police later clarified that only two vehicles were involved, not three as initially reported.
Both individuals suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The highway was closed in both directions for about two and a half hours while officers conducted their investigation.
