Two people were taken to a trauma centre after a serious two-vehicle collision in Scarborough on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews responded shortly after 2 p.m. to the area of Pharmacy Avenue and Ellesmere Road, where one of the vehicles involved overturned during the crash.
Paramedics said two occupants suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to hospital. A third individual was assessed at the scene but declined further medical treatment.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
