Two people were taken to hospital after a vehicle crashed into a tree in Etobicoke early Monday morning.
The collision occurred just before 2 a.m. near Kipling Avenue and The Westway, where the car left the roadway and came to rest on the lawn of a nearby home. Both individuals sustained serious injuries, though they are not considered life-threatening.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and it is unclear whether any charges will be filed.
