A two-vehicle collision involving a transport truck and a cube van briefly closed Highway 17 in Nairn Centre, west of Sudbury, on Monday afternoon. The crash occurred around 3 p.m. at the Birch Street intersection.
Ontario Provincial Police said no major injuries were reported. One lane reopened by 4 p.m. as tow trucks arrived and cleanup began. The road was expected to be fully reopened shortly after.
