Highway 11 has reopened after a two-vehicle collision led to its closure between Kapuskasing and Hearst on Tuesday morning, according to Ontario Provincial Police.
While a detour was made available for passenger vehicles via Concession Road 18 and Owens Road North, commercial motor vehicles were not permitted to use the alternate route during the closure.
Traffic has since resumed on the highway as the scene was cleared.
