An early morning crash in Zorra Township sent two people to hospital and temporarily shut down a section of roadway Friday.
The collision, involving a transport truck and an SUV, happened around 5:30 a.m. on 19th Line, north of Road 96. Ontario Provincial Police attended the scene with local fire and paramedic crews.
Both vehicles had a single occupant. Police said both individuals were taken to hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
19th Line was closed between Elginfield Road and Road 96 while investigators worked at the scene. The road has since reopened.
The circumstances leading to the crash remain unclear, and the investigation is continuing.
