One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 417 in Ottawa’s east end Tuesday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 3:35 p.m. in the eastbound lanes between St. Laurent Boulevard and Cyrville Road. Paramedics assessed one individual at the scene before transporting them to hospital in serious but stable condition.
No further information about the patient has been released.
Traffic in the eastbound lanes was reduced to a single lane near St. Laurent as emergency crews responded. All lanes reopened shortly after 4:15 p.m.
