A large home in Vaughan was destroyed by a fire Tuesday afternoon.
The fire broke out at a residence on Templewood Crescent, near Weston and Teston roads. York Regional Police said officers and Vaughan Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene just before 2:15 p.m. following reports of a residential blaze.
No injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and investigators are still working to establish its origin and circumstances.
Templewood Crescent remains closed at both ends, and police are advising motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
