A food trailer owner was left shaken after a vehicle struck his mobile kitchen near Highway 11 on Saturday evening. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. at the Line 2 South intersection, where the Jimmy B’s Chef in a Box trailer was parked.
Although emergency services were initially called, Simcoe County Paramedics reported that the Orillia OPP later stood down, as one individual was taken to the hospital by family members. Police confirmed there were no injuries or charges.
The owner told CTV News that the trailer sustained damage and will be closed for repairs, but he plans to reopen on Tuesday.
