An 18-year-old from Wallenstein is facing charges after a vehicle struck a hydro pole on Sixth Line around 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Wellington County OPP say the driver left the scene, abandoning the vehicle after the crash. The young driver has been charged with failing to report the accident.
