A house fire in Windsor displaced two residents Sunday night. Fire crews responded around 10:15 p.m. to the 600 block of Eugenie Street East, near Howard Avenue, after reports of flames on the exterior of a home.
The blaze, believed to have started from discarded smoking materials, caused damage estimated at over $100,000. No injuries were reported.
