Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred south of Owen Sound on Monday morning.
The collision happened around 8:30 a.m. on Grey Road 18 between Inglis Falls Road and Highway 6 and involved a pickup truck and a passenger vehicle.
A 35-year-old woman from Wiarton was taken to hospital but later died from her injuries. Four others were transported to hospital as a precaution with non-life-threatening injuries.
Grey Road 18 remains closed while police continue their investigation. Anyone with information or dashcam footage is asked to contact Grey Bruce OPP.
