A 42-year-old woman died after being struck by a pickup truck in Ancaster on Saturday evening, according to Hamilton police. The incident happened around 5:20 p.m. on Wilson Street West near McClure Road.
Paramedics took the victim to hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Traffic reconstruction officers are now leading the investigation, and the area remained closed for several hours.
