Brantford Police are investigating a hit-and-run that occurred Monday evening near Marlborough and Clarence Streets around 6:15 p.m. A white SUV struck a woman riding a scooter as it turned south onto Clarence Street, then fled the scene. The SUV is likely to have front-left damage. The woman sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
