A woman was taken to hospital and road closures were put in place after a two-vehicle collision in Brampton on Thursday morning.
Peel Regional Police say the crash occurred shortly before 11 a.m. on Vodden Street. Both drivers remained at the scene, but Peel Regional Paramedic Services confirmed that one driver — an adult woman — was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
As a result of the investigation, police closed Vodden Street between Archdekin Drive and Lakeridge Drive. Motorists are being advised to avoid the area until the scene is cleared.
