A workplace incident in Brampton left a woman seriously injured on Friday, according to Peel police.
The accident occurred on Highway 50 near Major Mackenzie Drive. Emergency responders were called to the scene, where a female employee was found injured.
She was transported to a trauma centre with serious but stable injuries. Although ORNGE air ambulance attended the scene, no patient was airlifted.
The situation remains under investigation.
