A Ministry of Labour investigation is underway after a worker was fatally electrocuted in Durham.
The fatal incident occurred around noon on Tuesday along Grey Road 4, where a boom lift came into contact with a live power line, according to West Grey Police.
The worker was pronounced dead at the scene. Ministry of Labour investigators attended the location and are examining the circumstances surrounding the workplace accident.
